The AOMC organises a number of large display day events and multi-day tours to showcase the heritage movement and the many vehicles owned and maintained by passionate Victorian enthusiasts. Everyone is welcome to attend and/or enter these annual events. They include:
AOMC/RACV Festival of Motoring
The Festival of Motoring will be held on Sunday 19th January 2025 at Cruden Farm.
Entries are now open so get your entries in asap.

AOMC/RACV British & European Motoring Show
The British & European Motoring show will be held on Sunday 16th February 2025 at Yarra Glen
Racecourse. More detail to follow. This event is open to all vehicles designed or manufactured in England and Europe. You do not have to be a club member to display your vehicle.
AOMC/Shannons American Motoring Show
This show will be held on Sunday 23rd February 2025 at the Mornington Racecourse. It is open to all classic & historic vehicles manufactured in North America. You do not have to be a club member to display your vehicle.
AOMC/RACV Florence Thomson Tour
To celebrate the pioneering spirit and contribution of women to Australian motoring, the Florence Thomson Tour was created as an annual event and the next tour will be Friday 28th to Sunday 30th March 2025.
AOMC Aussie Classic Car Show
Sunday 30th March 2025 at the Manhattan Hotel, Ringwood.- Victoria’s newest Motoring Show that caters for ALL Great Aussie Makes: Holdens, Fords, Valiant BMC Trophies for best Aussie Muscle Car, Best Displays etc. All proceeds from this event are returned to the classic motoring movement.
AOMC/RACV National Motoring Heritage Day
This annual event will be held on Sunday 18th May 2025 to showcase the movement Australia wide by encouraging the use of our vehicles on a particular date each year. Information on locations to be advised.

AOMC Management Seminars
Each year the AOMC runs a Management Seminar for the benefit of member clubs. It provides education for Club committee members on topics including governance, financial management, insurance and communications.
AOMC Club and Trade Showcase
For many years the AOMC has run a very popular Restoration Seminar for the benefit of motoring enthusiasts in the AOMC member clubs. It included an opportunity to hear from industry suppliers and experts, on many topics involved in restoring and maintaining heritage vehicles. From 2024 this has been replaced by a bigger AOMC Club and Trade Showcase event to help connect motoring enthusiasts with AOMC member clubs and automotive traders. The next event is Saturday 26th October 2024
