AOMC MembershipPLUS

Association of Motoring Clubs in association with Affinity Insurance Brokers is developing a comprehensive Insurance Program to protect the activities of affiliated AOMC MembershipPLUS Clubs and their management and volunteers. The principal covers to be arranged are:

• Combined Public and Products Liability Insurance

• Voluntary Workers Insurance

• Management Liability Insurance

The AOMC MembershipPLUS affiliation program is planning to launch on 1st July 2025, when financial members of the AOMC will be invited to apply for MembershipPLUS affiliation for an additional fee. Eligibility will initially be restricted to incorporated clubs operating or managed from Victoria, and will not include clubs involved in motorsport or other high risk activities. Other eligibility restrictions (TBC) may apply in the first instance as we work through some of the potentially more difficult risk issues that are unique to a small subset of member clubs.

Arrangements are being made to launch the program with a series of information seminars starting on 10th May 2025. The seminars will be targeted to the executive committees of the current AOMC member clubs, and bookings will be essential for managing demand (more details later).
