A Fun-Filled Day for All: whether you're a proud owner looking to showcase your prized possession or simply a car enthusiast eager to meet fellow motoring enthusiasts, this event is perfect for you. Enjoy a relaxing day in a picturesque setting, share stories, and exchange knowledge with like-minded individuals.
Themes Encouraged: add an extra layer of fun to your experience by embracing a theme. Could it be picnic perfection, or a bush bashing beauty, or dress your (car’s) age, or marque madness? The options are bound only by your imagination.
Voting and Awards: participants and our Committee will vote for their favourite vehicles, with a special committee's choice award up for grabs.
Event Logistics: our Motafrenz marshals will be on hand to assist with registration and positioning your vehicle in designated rows.

BOOKING: To display your vehicle, you will be required to purchase your entry ticket from our website. Details of your vehicle year, make, model will be requested as well as your contact details. These will help us determine the best location for your car on the day.
BRING: Family, friends and a picnic lunch. There is also the alfresco Kanteen café on the bank of the Yarra River. They offer deli-style food and good coffee.
SUITS: Any vehicle you wish to display. Does not have to be a car.
CLUB ENDORSED CPS EVENT: The Club’s policies require members with vehicles our Club Permit Scheme (CPS) register to have their vehicle sighted at one event per year and this is the ideal opportunity for that sighting.
ROADS: Sealed – Freeway & main roads. Parking on grass.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly event, but as this event is being held in a public park, please ensure you clean up after them!
COST:
$5 per car EARLY BIRD for Members (before Sept 15)
$10 per car for Club Members (after Sept 15)
$15 per car EARLY BIRD for Non-Members (before Sept 15)
$20 per car for Non-Members (after Sept 15)
Schedule
10:00 am Gates Open to Display Vehicles
11:00 am Gates Closed and Voting Opens
12:00 pm Lunch and Voting Count Commences
1:00 pm Award Presentation
1:30 pm Gates Open For Exiting Vehicles
3:00 pm Last Vehicle Out The Gate
Gates will be locked between 11am and 1:30pm. Cars are not permitted in or out of gate between these times.
