Historic vehicle enthusiasts can book for one of the Benalla Historic Vehicle Tours to be held on Friday 26th May, presented by Enjoy Benalla and sponsored by Benalla Rural City Council and Shannons, in association with Historic Winton.
Up to 120 historic cars, motorbikes, trucks and utes can travel the streets of Benalla and surrounds as well as enjoy the delicious offerings by traders along the way.
Historic Winton organiser and The Austin 7 Club President will award a vehicle from each tour with the “President’s Choice” Award.
The tours are designed for participants to discover the sites and delights of the surrounding region and to support local business operators along the way. Each tour is less than $40 per person and includes lunch, morning tea and entry to some attractions. (Drinks extra). The three tours are:
aMAZing , Roses and Wine Cheese, Wine and Wetlands Silos, Pubs and Country Trail
All three tours finish at the Benalla Art Gallery so that participants can enjoy the vehicle art exhibition, Hot Laps by sculptor, Eamon O’Toole.
Participants always enjoy meeting and sharing waves with locals on their journey, so please say ‘hello’ if you see a cavalcade of old vehicles on 26th May.
