This event was initiated in 1996 to promote friendly rivalry. at a club level ,between the sporting car clubs in Victoria.

The event can attract up to 100 competitors with vehicles comprising hillclimb specials to daily drives. A "Come & Try" category is available to those who might like to have a go at hilllcimbimg.

For administrative purposes, prior notice would be appreciated although entries will be accepted on the day.

Full catering is provided on site by volunteer members of the MG Car Club.

Single admission is $10 per person or $20 per car. EFPOS is available .

As a consequence in part of a Government grant Rob Roy has been seriously re developed during 2022 - 23 with improved spectator amenities including tiered seating in places. Together with some minor internal roads, the access road into the property has been sealed.

The track has been completely resurfaced and a chicane added to it to improve the competitor experience.
