Association of Motoring Clubs Inc (AOMC)

Working for Motoring Enthusiasts

The AOMC is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1976 that represents over 250 member clubs comprising some 45,000 motoring enthusiasts in Victoria.  The Association, run by volunteers, represents all Victorian hobby motorists, including vintage, veteran and classic car, motorcycle and truck enthusiasts.

The AOMC organises a number of large display day events and multi-day tours to showcase the heritage movement and the many vehicles owned and maintained by passionate Victorian enthusiasts. Everyone is welcome to attend and/or enter these annual events.

The British & European Motoring show will be held on Sunday 15th February 2026 at Yarra Glen Racecourse. This event is open to all vehicles designed or manufactured in England and Europe. You do not have to be a club member to display your vehicle.

AOMC Launches the MembershipPLUS Insurance Program

After several years of development the AOMC is proud to announce the launch of a new insurance option for historic car clubs in Victoria.

From the 1st July 2025 a new AOMC membership type called MembershipPLUS will be available to AOMC member clubs which includes significant benefits such as inclusion in a comprehensive range of insurance covers for car clubs that are much more affordable for all clubs, but especially for smaller clubs.
